We came for lunch at Ben and Florentine and I must say that I was very surprised by their service, but the commercial practice of the place left me perplexed. I walked in and sat down but the waitress at the front told me to go to a separate seat at the back of the restaurant. Strange, but considering I'm ugly, I can understand. Very good, I would have had a slightly larger portion (Ben&Florentine breakfast poutine) OR do like the other breakfasts and include the toast. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, very busy, but the wait was not long (group of 6).
A pleasant atmosphere where it is good to have lunch whether with family or friends!From one time to another the service is always of high quality and the staff is smiling which is all the more pleasant.The queue can sometimes seem long, but the experience is worth the ten to fifteen minute wait during the busiest hours.The menu offers a wide choice, each as good as the other.
