Coming from a country of freedom and overly sized portions, I had no idea what some of these foods were, but they were really good. The tea they served us was amazing and went with maple syrup, the soup went well with the pork skins, and the classic pancakes, sausage, eggs, and ham breakfast was just amazing. This sugar shack is open all year round. We can relive the atmosphere of the cabins of yesteryear. They serve the best crepes ? that remind us of our childhood. The owner, Dany, is in the kitchen but he doesn't forget to come and greet his customers. Thanks for the experience!
