Went to the new location today which is located on Putnam Pike RTW. 44 in Greenville. Take out only. Everything I ordered was incredible, could rival a Southern bbq joint. Today I ordered the pieces of crispy pork belly bites, bacon on steroids. The bbq sauce is only slightly sweet but then a wonderful spicy tang creeps up. Let me start by saying I am a brisket girl. While it was delicious it was the pulled pork that was the star for me. Tender, moist and flavorful. The house sauce was not necessary but certainly was a tasty bite when added. I also ordered the pit beans and potatoe salad. Beans were tasty. I enjoyed the flavor of the salad but just wished the spuds were cooked a minute or 2 longer. I was sad the chili wasn't available on this rainy day.I will be back for sure.
