I had very low expectations of the Brand. Often I would drive by the one on North Main Street in Providence. I stopped in to eat breakfast and I was totally taken back by the host, I stood by the door approximately 15. The host at the counter completely ignored me and kept going back, I finally got fed up and spoke up to get her attention. Then she acknowledged me and told me someone will be right with me. We went to eat at Gregg's on Sunday night. We were greetess ed by a very friendly hostess. We were seated quickly. The service was perfect! Andrew was our waiter& he was right on top of everything. I enjoyed the Thanksgiving sandwich with a cup of chicken noodle soup. My husband enjoyed the Chicago Fire sandwich. For desert we shared Heath bar cake with vanilla ice cream on the side. I recommend Greg's Restaurant.Parking: Large parking lot.

Service received less than 5 stars only because of understaffing. The wait staff was constantly hustling and remained pleasant and attentive. Background music was a bit loud, but that could simply be personal preference. We sat in the downstairs pub area.
