I have to say that being almost 2 hours away this is hands down by far the best bakery in all of New England! Having Celiac I am restricted to eating a lot of foods and having the luxury of being able to indulge in a delicious donuts doesn't come often because gluten free donut shops are a very rare site. Today was my first time! I have a severe peanut and nut allergy and this is the first bakery I’ve tried! Tom was amazing and very informative. I got two cinnamon buns (maple and vanilla frosted) and a strawberry cupcake. Absolutely delicious!! My family who does not have any allergies enjoyed it just as much as me!

I just had dairy free/ gluten free cupcakes for my husband's birthday. Because they are dairy free they are kept in the freezer. I let them defrost for about a half-hour and they seemed a little dry and then I had an epiphany! Pop them in the microwave! They became moist decadent delicious sweets! I wish I bought more! Def microwave, but not more than 10 seconds because you don't want to melt the frosting. YUM!
