The transactions took way to long and was unnecessarily a long waiting time. Why do you you have to pay separate for food and gift cards? And why was it so difficult to just swipe 3 gift cards and get the amount for my sandwich? I enjoy the food, but the staff was clearly clueless on how to handle the checkout.
Did made me sick. Not sure if the chicken was bad or they did not do what they said when u advised I was allergic to cheese and they needed to be careful not to expose any of my food to it (like with the knife or serving utensils, gloves, etc. ). Girl had an attitude when I told her that she needed a clean knife on the bread. She said"i only use it on bread" and I had to point out to her that some of their bread has cheese in it. Just got a Large Roast Beef Sub. Very skimpy portion size for roast beef. Girl pulled it out of the oven and it didn’t even have enough meat to cover from end to end on one side of the bread. I should be grateful though. The roast beef smelled weird and was clearly beyond fresh. The sandwich maker was very nice and the place was clean
