It's BBQ in RI. I'm from the south and we have really high standards. Like a good southern woman, I'm going to be polite. The smoked chicken and ribs were cooked properly. The sides were not to my liking.
We just had the best experience with Louis at the counter. It was my friends first time and he was as impressed with the food as I always am. We especially liked the warm welcome from Louis who put us at ease even though we came in 15" before closing.
Outstanding meal!!! Had the beef brisket dinner, it was DELICIOUS!! BBQ was flavorful, and the sauces were a perfect compliment. The smashed potatoes were tasty, and the backed beans were the star of the show!!! Best i had in a while!! Huge portions, small price. I kept entering the wrong door, but it was WELL WORTH IT!!
