We started and ended our family vacation here. Great, family owned restaurant. Very nice staff and EXCELLENT sushi! We had dinner there the first night and couldn't wait to go back!
I have been in Newport for the past 7 years and came here a few times but never bothered to order the sushi. My parents were in town and after a few days of lobster rolls, burgers and pizzas they needed some ethnic food. We initially went to Mizu but it was a jungle in there. Didn't make it past the hostess and decided to bolt and come to Seashai. The waitress sat us down quickly and we ordered some Sushi and a few Korean dishes. Also ordered some wine. Probably the best place for sushi in Newport Island. BUT people should come here for their Korean food which is authentic and their real speciality. A little pricey but very good and filling. The owners are awesome and super nice.
