Recommended by a friend, the bagel sandwiches were excellent. Sit outside and watch the world go by. Maybe a little pricey, but that's the island.

If you want a hot chocolate it’s Swiss miss and hot water- no milk, cream or whipped cream here- the bare minimum. If you order food make sure they are making it and didn’t forget (even if you are the only person there!) can’t make this stuff up and even if you repeat your order 5 times saying no onions- well the picture speaks for itself. Everyone is too busy on their phones… go to Aldo’s WAAAAY better service and bagels!

Stopped at this bagel shop around 11am. It was pretty packed but the line moves fairly quickly. They were only open from 6:30 to noon so I was happy we were able to order. They have a bunch of breakfast sandwiches, bagel flavors, coffees and muffins which looked phenomenal (large and a mostly muffin top with fresh blueberries. Everyone pays at the end of the line and then picks up the order at the window outside. We were lucky to snag one of the patio tables. My everything bagel with sun-dried tomato and pesto cream cheese was very good. The bagel was chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. I loved the cream cheese as well and would like to make my own. My dad's egg and bacon sandwich on an everything was loaded and very good. My mom liked her oatmeal with fresh fruit as well. Will defiantly be back next time I'm there for an early lunch or breakfast.

Whenever I'm in block island, I will always make this my spot for breakfast. I found them my first day here on this trip and was incredibly impressed. I love that unlike many other coffee/breakfast shops these days, they keep it simple... only coffee and iced coffee! So while it's busy there in the mornings, the line moves SO quickly because you don't have to wait for the person in front of you (who doesn't actually like coffee) order an iced-nonfat-vanilla-coconut milk-almond milk-oat milk-sugar free- strawberry-caramel-triple foam-latte-refresher haha! there are 2 sizes of coffee and iced coffee and only 3 possible additives (whole milk, oat milk and almond milk). GREAT call Old P.O. Office Bagel Shop! Their bagels are fresh and soft and they also offer some pre made yogurt parfaits, cut fruit etc. and egg sandwiches (which I did not try so I can't review but they looked delicious and aren't made in a microwave!). I also love that their prices are SO fair. They don't gouge you just because they're a coffee shop in a tourist destination. And the service... wow. Even though they're busy, they take the time to acknowledge their regulars. The guy in front of me this morning had forgot his wallet the day before so he paid double for his order this morning because the day before they let him go without paying! It seemed he was a daily regular but I still found that remarkable. Also, the woman who waited on me yesterday morning (maybe she was the owner? Didn't get her name but she was a little older than some of the other people working behind the counter and had an Irish (I think) accent) saw me when I was paying this morning and stopped to say "hello" and "good to see you again", "beautiful weather" etc. that goes a LONG way in my book. She must see hundreds of people a day and so to see someone once and remember them and take the time to acknowledge is amazing service! If you're on BI, make this your morning stop and you won't be sorry.

If you are looking for the best bagels outside of NYC, this is the place. Each time I’ve been to block island I have stopped here before the ferry to get bagels to bring home. They are SO good!!

I really enjoyed my bagel with cream cheese, muffin, and iced chai. The prices are good, especially since everything on the island is more expensive. Enjoyed eating outside on the patio. We've received our order wrong a few times (sandwich had cheese after ordering no cheese + received iced coffee instead of iced chai), but these were fixed for us with kind service always. A casual and affordable spot- Just get there before noon on weekends before the bagels sell out!

This is a nice and quaint brunch spot. They have a variety of sandwiches, wraps, bagels, and other breakfast items. The customer service was friendly and my order came out quickly. The moon tortilla is delicious. Highly recommend when on Block Island!

Best bagel I think I've ever had and I'm from NY. Not to mention their incredible, one of a kind, giant muffins and scones. Everything is homemade and fresh. Family run business done right. Do yourself a favor and try their cinnamon raisin bagel with homemade honey cream cheese. It's fantastic

If your on Block Island, or plan to visit; you have to stop in at the Post Office Bagel shop. Delicious, perfectly baked, crispy outside, chewy inside bagels. Wide selection of toppings (try the tomato, pesto cream cheese), all prepared in house.Nice place to enjoy a breakfast sandwich (they make a great bacon, egg and cheese), or some great pastry and a coffee. My wife and I go there every morning, while on IslandIt's the ideal spot for people watching at the corners of Ocean, Water, Corn Neck, and Old Town roads.Say Hi to Bill? the owner. Great guy who's owned and operated the Bagel shop for 25 years. Get there early because, it's usually busy. The food is so good everyone whose been to BI knows it's the "Go to place" for the Best Bagels!
