I visited this location mid-afternoon in the middle of the week. I think there was only one car in the parking lot. I entered the drive though and was behind 3 other vehicles. The wait time was very long. When it was my turn to order, no one greeted me for at least a minute. I finally said "hello?" before hearing that they'd be right with me. It's one of the best dunkin donuts I ever been in.Young women waiting on me took her time explaining hazelnut coffee grinds to me.Whole staff seemed like a breath of fresh air compared to other dds I been in.Great experience having staff being professional!
