I was surprised to have no one greet me or ask if they could help me for almost 10 minutes after walking into this Dunkin' location! There were no other customers and one of the employees was actually not doing anything but leaning on a counter. I was sorry after buying the dozen donuts due to their dry and stale state. Unless this location wants to give me a dozen fresh donuts for my dissatisfied purchase, I won't be going back.

Where to start? Underfilled both of my hot coffees, charged me for an food product that they didn't have and didn't even hand me my replacement food. I had to park my car and go inside to get the replacement item that i was charged for. Don't waste your time, theres a starbucks down the street with way better service?

Waited in the drive-thru about 15 minutes and then when we got to the window, they handed us one beverage and said have a nice day when we ordered 2 beverages and 4 food items. They had to check multiple times for the full order. Sadly, I've had multiple issues similar to this at this location before. I think I will have to make a different location my regular store. This team doesn't seem to work well together and they are constantly fighting with each other in front of customers. Unprofessional. Also - there's almost always an employee parked in the "fire lane" area and it's frustrating because even if you needed to leave the drive-thru line, you can't because they are blocking it.
This Dunkin has always been absolutely horrendous but today felt as if they outdid themselves. I walked in to place my order and stoof at the front counter for ten minutes ad I was on my phone. I never received any service. I walked out and had someone else gonin and place my order. The coffees we receieved were completely wrong. The person went back and told them they were wrong and the girls told my friend they didnt know how to make machiattos so my friend went behind the counter and typed them in for the workers. I mean...you work at the Dunkin and you need a customer to do it for you? Brain dead isn't even the word, these people just lack something normal people have like...a brain. In this instance I think an AI taking orders would do better than these standing bodies. Later we mistakingly placed a second order. It took 25 minutes in the drive thru, once again the girls were throwing a happy 3:17 party in the back, laughing and joking like the mental issues they have didnt exist. Got the wrong coffees again, this time they were lattes. Once again they had no clue how to make them as they admitted. The friend we sent once again had to do their jobs for them. In short, fire these idiots who work on Friday mornings. Dont need them around at all.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the State!!The staffe is friendly and just amazing baristas.
Went inside first mistake. They left me in line for ten mins to be order with only one lady in front of me and my daughter. Then after ten mins I make it to the counter and she's doing mobile orders rather then take mine. I had to ask why mobile orders are more important then a customer standing here and then she helped me with an attitude.

Inattentive, Slow service in the empty lobby, staff not paying attention to customers. Outrageous that female staff talking loudly about: "can you have menopause at age 17?" Seriously! A customer needs to listen to this and the staff laughing about it!? Just totally rude!
