This Dunkin sucks , I order through Uber eats yesterday they forgot my Dunkin , I call before I order today and ask if they have the donut theh I order yesterday and didn’t receive , she said yes we have loads of them , I said ok cause I order yesterday online and didn’t receive it . I am going to place another order , she said she would look out for the order make sure it’s correct , I ordered a dozen , sandwich and a coffee flash forward, Uber driver gets her no dozen one small bag , she said the person at Dunkin said that they were in the bag and it was 5 little munkins in there, I showed her my order and that I called them to make sure it was going to right and nothing missing , she’s like oh no . BRB.. she was really with it ?? she came back with 2 dozen , this Dunkin has some one purposely mess up orders , even had the nerve to tape this to the bag with 5 little munkins

I live in the area and have been coming to this location for years but the management really needs to learn some business sense. Today (10/7/23) at about 10am I pulled into the drive through. I ordered, however I forgot I needed some k-cups. I figured rather than pay for my order and drive around again, I'd ask the cashier for them when I got the the window. Simple request for a paying customer, right? The cashier was fine and began to ask for my k-cups from another employee, but the apparent manager said to her "I told you no add ons, we're too busy". Really? There was not one other person in line in the drive through as I ordered and pulled around to the window, nor were there any cars in the parking lot at that time. How busy could it have been? Besides that, no matter how busy it is, you don't take that kind of an attitude, especially not within ear shot of a customer. That is rude and unprofessional. I don't expect that kind of attitude from any employee, much less someone in a management position. I understand that we all undergo stress and maybe even have a bad day, but that's unacceptable. It's unfortunate that your cashiers have more common sense than the manager.

I have to say 1 out of 2 times; that's 50% this Dunkin' Donuts can't make a proper order. My mother goes to this one because it's close to the house and for some reason hazelnut equals two pumps of vanilla in a small coffee...or hazelnut regular becomes a decaf...I honestly don't know how the order gets so messed up.

Sometimes my coffee tasted like chemicals especially when the guy with braids made it he always has a bad attitude and snatches cards and money from me wouldn't be surprised if he's or somebody putting something in the coffee wish management would do something about it

They didn't let us in Dunkin, they only let cars in and if you don't have a car you can't get dunkin. Just lost a customer

3 stars means it's okay. Just so-so. Hit or miss whether they have what you want or if the machine is working. Easy access from Mineral Spring or Smithfield Ave. The ordering speaker in the drive-thru is currently knocked over, so you have to order at the window. Don't expect a "thank you" when you leave, either.

They need to get their act together. We ordered items that, in my opinion, shouldn't require that you park in front after waiting in the drive threw. Two sausage egg and cheese on muffins, three hash browns, and an omelet bite. So we parked in front, waited about 10 more minutes, and I went inside to see what was happening with my order. I found out they forgot to bring it out. They helped make up for it with a muffin as a courtesy, which I accepted. The food wasn't quite as warm as I would have liked, but the cranberry muffin was delicious.

Amazing! I came to this specific Dunkin' to have a coffée corrected by another Dunkin' down the road...apologizes for THEIR mistake and upgraded my size cup which I did not expect. KUDOS! THANK YOU. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS.

They literally have one job and they can’t even do that right. By far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. I paid $4.65 for a pumpkin spice signature late. How have you not learned to fill a ice coffee. The worst part is I get afraid to say anything because I’m afraid they will do something to my coffee. They should fire all these people and rehire because this is not okay. One star is being generous. They don’t even deserve that. After looking at all these reviews and my experience today I will never go to this location again. ????

This place has gone down hill recently. A few friendly people left but not there as much. I waited 15 min for my food that I went through the drive through for. They asked if I could pull up and theyvwould bring it to me. 20 freaking minutes!!! Then they came out and asked me what food i was waiting on.Very VERY poor quality service!!!! They apparently need new management or new staff. It used to be the location everyone went to despite it's small parking lot because of he friendly staff and super fast service. Not anymore. Bye Dunkins.

Worst service ever. Wait time for coffee was almost 20mins with this cups. NOT RECOMMENDED.
