The food was, as usual, wonderful. I had the Zappa di Pesci and it was great, lots of fish and just the right amount of linguini. I would say that the portions were ample, just right - not too small nor too large. Waitress was terrific, attentive and cheerful. This feels like the restaurants I used to go to on Court Street in Brooklyn growing up - a high compliment indeed.

I took my wife and her family to Anthony's for her birthday dinner. It is a small space but we had reservations and had no problems getting a table. It was busy the entire time we were there (Saturday night) but there was never more than a 5 minute wait for anyone. I assume everyone had reservations. They have a very small free parking lot but the number of spaces seems to match the capacity well and everyone was able to easily park. The quality of the food was excellent. Between us we had a veal dish, two chicken dishes, and three seafood dishes. All were clearly made with fresh ingredients and very well prepared. The wine was good and the prices were reasonable. Combine all that with the friendly and attentive service and I would highly recommend Anthony's.

OMG!! I am a visitor to Providence and was told that this is by far the best Intalian restauarnt in Providence. We went for a business dinner and was a worst decision of a lifetime. Lets start with the wine - ordered "Silver Oak" Cab as per the menu but was told that the year printed in the menu was wrong what they had is 2016 , anyway got that as the same price as "vintage" this wine was bad. Appetizers - Had 4 appetizers - Calamari & Smelt fish - it was sour like crazy and since it was breaded, fried and had the chef had put lime juice ( without thinking) it was soggy, the artichoke heart was a disaster - although this was reccomended my the server ( forgot to mention they one and only server fort the evening had no interest of serving or food or wine, she was there just for the heck of it) and the shrimp cocktail - there were 4 shrimps which looked and tasted very sad. The Main dishes - The veal dish was breaded fried and very badly presented, the fish was ok , the 2 pastas was so bad that we had to just leave it. The dessert Tiramisu, Creme brulee and another one - nothing to write home about it. There was just 1 lady (for the entire restaurant) who had no clue on food or wine, the ambience is below average, the bar menu is very selective besides things in the menu was not aavailable what we wanted. Wonder why someone would rate it 4+ - Folks - please be real and dont misguide visitors like me and others. I will not reccomend this place to anyone. Thank you for patiently reading my experience.

Food was alright. Friend and I got here at 6:30 and ordered two pasta dishes. It was 7:40 and we still didn't get our food. The table next to us was served first but came later. Our waitress only apologized once despite my having to flag her down. It was a Friday night, but the restaurant was barely half full. Wouldn't

Highly recommend Anthony's!! The staff was welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious! ? I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo - it was top notch! ?☺️ The atmosphere was also great and was decorated so nicely for New Year's! ??
I did not make a reservation for the bar area but ended up there as "it was the only table left." I asked whether any other party might be leaving soon and was met with a blank stare. I like a good time too but people dancing right next to my table is a bit much. Won't be back anytime soon.

One of the many Italian restaurants in Fed Hill, Anthony’s has a more laid back vibe and feels a little more family friendly, similar to Angelo’s. The many has plenty of options, and the food is good. I had the gnocchi special in vodka sauce which was wonderful. They also have a decent selection of wine and cocktails, and have a few cans/bottles of beer but nothing on tap.The bartender was very friendly and attentive, although I did go on a particularly dead Monday night. I do think the prices are a little steep here, they seem to be more in line with the fancier places on the Hill. All in all, a good place to get Italian food on Fed Hill, especially if you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere or to avoid the busiest part of Atwells.

I went for my second visit (dinner), after having visited last year. I took a friend, and I had chicken parm and he ordered pappardelle with bolognese. Both of us were impressed at the quality and service. I cannot wait to go back here again when I'm visiting Providence.

Great experience here! The food was ALL so delicious! The eggplant parm was delicious!! Gnocchi special was so tasty and amazing. Our appetizer was the burrata salad and fried calamari and both were delicious. And make sure you get the chocolate mousse and cannoli for dessert!
We never got to sit down. Went for a 7:30 reservation and the restaurant was packed Host came over a couple times saying they were waiting for people to finish. No room at the bar so we had to stand at the door as others were coming in and seated. We usually like this restaurant and thats why we picked for my birthday dinner I was so upset after standing there for a long time we had to leave My birthday was ruined. I don't think we will be back for awhile
