Very average bagel sandwich. Expensive for the quality and I don’t recommend the sausage. I would be interested in trying the Mexican food next time

The smell and sounds were all so genuine and rich in culture. Their bagels had their familiar crusty bite but just melted in your mouth once you start chompin'I ordered the Cinnamon Raisin bagel with a Cinnamon Raisin cream cheese spread. And as redundant as that sounds I think the spread fell too short of the markup price just by taste alone. Equally, the bagel was grilles which is a welcomed method of toasting, however, it had the grills residual flavors of garlic, salt, and some other questionable flavors left unrecognizable due to the other sweet flavors. I finished the bagel and spread with a med hot chocolate of SwissMiss and whole milk. It wasn't too hot, so I was pleased I could drink it right away.Overall 5 stars but the rookie mistake of a not so clean grill set the flavor profile a star below.

One of my favorite places to go to in Providence. If you are going to be on Thayer or visiting Providence it is a must stop for phenomenal bagels and sandwiches.

This place was ok until today.I heard not so good stories regarding the treatment of certain customers in this establishment but hadn't experienced it until today. They are ok until you have a problem with your order.Called in ordered every morning never had a problem til this morning. Order was repeated back for confirmation. This morning my order was wrong so I went back for them to fix and was told I placed the order wrong (same order every day) and I can pay for new sandwiches and be charged extra for the same sandwiches I ordered for a specific price for months. Also condescending, was asked for the wrongly made sandwiches back like I was asking for something for free. (as I intended to pay for 2 new sandwiches anyway seeing as though I let my daughter take the incorrect sandwiches for lunch). Will never patronize again.Good luck with your experience.

Having gone to school on College Hill, stopping by Thayer Street is always a nice treat. I stopped by Bagel Gourmet on a busy weekend (when many pre college students were arriving to Brown and RISD), but the workers at Bagel Gourmet were kind and courteous as always. I got two bagels (~$15) for me and my sister. They were toasted and very yummy. My sister said that the cream cheese on her bagel was a little too salty but it paired well with the drink she got at Starbucks. I had a plain bagel with egg and bacon (no cheese) and it was just what I was hoping for. Quite filling and very savory.

The bagels are pretty good. But a funny quirk of Providence bagel places is that the real powerhouses of their menus are always the breakfast burritos. This place has a very good one for vegetarians.

BEST bagels in the area!!! Friendly staff. The imported coffee is fab.Vegetarian options: A perfect selection for vegetarians or just picky eaters. Great choices!!

Quick service. Overall bagel was okay. Not much flavor and the lox should have been more evenly spread on the bagel and not just on one side.

If you're looking for a great way to start your day, look no further than Bagel Gourmet Olé!For starters, Bagel Gourmet Ole (BGO) has one of the greatest selections of bagels and cream cheeses I've ever seen. Their bagels are large, soft, and absolutely so flavorful! My personal favorites are their Spinach and Sesame Bagels, but I still have more to try! (There's ~13 flavors total.)And their cream cheese? A colorful veggie, a sharp jalapeño, a PERFECT plain, and many, many, MANY more! There's about 11 cream cheese options, so multiplying that by the 13 bagel options means there's more than 120 different possible bagel/cream cheese combinations! And if you're not a bagel and cream cheese person? Great news! There's plenty of options for breakfast sandwiches, burritos, tacos and more! The best part - every single thing on their menu is absolutely delicious! I promise there is something for everyone (and everything is fairly priced)! One last piece of this review that I absolutely cannot forget - the staff! The people who work at BGO are some of the friendliest people I've ever met! They are extremely welcoming and always have a smile on their face. They're so quick with putting together your order and rarely make a mistake. (The one time they've ever messed up my order they ended up realizing their mistake before even handing it out to me!)All in all, whether you're visiting Providence or have lived here for years, Bagel Gourmet Ole is a MUST-STOP. I could not recommend BGO more and hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
