Placed an order through the app and usually it sends a confirmation page that your order was placed but because I didn’t see the confirmation page after, I placed another order, then the confirmation page showed. when I realize i placed two of the same order, I tried to explain in the drive-through, employee couldn’t make a refund so she had to call the manager, when I tried to explain what happened to the manager he said “well that’s not my fault”. By far my favorite Dunkin. They make my coffee just how I like it. It's fast paced and friendly. It's on busy street duh it will be slow sometimes. Get your coffee and go! Stop being so dramatic.

Regular Dunkin'. I placed an order using the APP. The order was ready within minutes and the donuts were the same as other locations. Going through the drive through was easy and the customer-store employee interaction was minimal. So I could not expand on that experience. Make sure you get your reward points !
