Honestly, I was super disappointed in this location. The girl who serves me (I went inside) was incredibly rude. I repeated what I thought was a fairly simple order several times and no matter how many times I said it, she got it wrong.I asked for a large unsweetened iced green tea, and a box of 25 munchkins. can someone teach the 5 am lady to make frozen drinks? i call her sub zero cus she doesnt get the mix right and basically gives me ice cream. i cant even sip it through the straw for at least half hour.

It’s a Dunkin. The owner (or manager) seemed to be working that day and was really good at dealing with customers. A lot of the customers who came in were angry and yelling. He handled it all perfectly. The other staff was angry also. Took a long time for anything to come out. Long drive thru line as well here.
