They were out of their most famous sandwich, the chicken salad sandwich, at 11 a.m., who does that! Shows that the manager should be fired for ineptness. You can't possibly be out of anything at a restaurant when you just opened.
The workers were not happy and were grumpy. They were looking at us like “why are you here”. Foods were not too good.The place is very big. The place has restrooms, but they did not let us use it. I have 2 kids and we had to search for the restroom in the mall for 10 minutes. My kids hands were dirty and you imagine how hard it was to make them not touch anything.

Had a fantastic experience at Panera! Both the food and staff were great. After disappointments at Fleming's and P.F. Chang's, we almost gave up on trying another place, but Panera exceeded our expectations. A refreshing and satisfying choice.
