If you love average quality diner food in waitresses so busy that you feel like you're supposed to tip them extra because they're being mean to you then this is the spot for you.
I’m a sucker for diners, I love the atmosphere of them. Not only are you able to get the old school diner feel (which is what I desire), but if you travel to the back bar you can experience a more modern approach. The staff is exceptional and realistic; they provide excellent service while being true to how busy they get. I could go and wait at any other restaurant close by and get on their 45min-1hour wait on a Sunday, but consciously choose to wait out for West Side Diner instead. It’s not just about the food, it’s everything that encompasses a diner found in this hidden gem of Providence.

I love this place. It's a corner stone of the broadway restaurants and offers the classic dinner feel in the front with the cocktail bar in the back. I've been here for breakfast lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. See you soon!
This review is purely on who ever is picking up the phone today 2/13, if I owned this placed or managed it I’d fire them on the spot I’ve never been spoken so rudely to in my life. She’s hung up on me 2 times now and all I wanted to know was if they were open in the snow storm and what their wait time looks like.
