“We Ordered dinner from China Gourmet tonight through Grubhub. When my dinner was delivered I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong item through the Grubhub app. I called the restaurant to ask if I could bring back the wrong item for the correct item. Not only did they tell me to keep the incorrect item, but to stay home and they would deliver an entire complimentary meal of the correct item as a courtesy. Not only great food but great customer service !”

“Finally ordered from here and so glad we did! Their selection is incredible - I was craving hibachi without wanting to go sit in the restaurant. They had exactly what I wanted! Even more amazing was their General Tsao's chicken. My husband is the pickiest when it comes to this dish and he was finally happy to find a place that does it how he likes! Real chicken and fresh vegetables. This will be our new go-to for Asian.”

“DELICIOUS. There isn’t anything here that I haven’t loved. S’mores and Peanut butter swirl are probably my favorite hard scoops but I’m a sucker for chocolate vanilla twist with jimmies. Their soft serve is amaaazingggg and the very tall young man is always so polite even when it’s a busy summer day! He deserves employee of the month! I also love how they have sidewalk chalk. My littles have so much fun here!”

“Great breakfast spot. Definitely gets crowded though. Id say pricing can be a little high with tip but it's a nitpick. If you are frugal with your funds and track every cent you may get a bill higher than say a Dunkin or sip n dip or gas station. That said it's a more hearty meal and service is prompt.”

“This is a great spot for a lunch take home snack! It's been around awhile. The pastry selection and cakes are truly delicious! Family run, lots of parking. All of the staff I've met are really friendly and helpful. The cake display is in the middle of the bakery . I found myself watching go round and round ! I love there bakery pizza. It's like going to Cranston without going over our bridge! It's a cute neighborhood gem. Very clean as well.”

“After trucking all day, and finally at the hotel for some rest. Ordered Papa Pasquale’s because they were open and still delivered at my hotel after 9:00pm .. I was a little skeptical when I ordered. Papas special pizza … I was impressed with the pizza, but don’t expect NY style pizza in RI! Crust is delicious, soft and chewy, not crispy and easily foldable, which is NY Style. Toppings were fresh and everything from the crust to the cheese and sauce was perfect. I would honestly recommend this restaurant. Coming from a restaurant and pizza aficionado … great Job Papa Pasquale’s! Keep it up!”

“I went there for my birthday. The chef wrote me a card which was so thoughtful. We got the white bean and focaccia bread. This was soooo tasty. For dinner, I had the crab cake and eggplant. “If you’re looking for one of the best bars not just in Providence or Rhode Island, but probably in the country, it’s always hard to find consistency, quality, level of service, and ambience/atmosphere when it comes to restaurants, bars, etc. If you’re looking for a bar where all of those aspects meet in one place, definitely go to Marcelino’s—they never lack in any of those regards while taking it to another level. A great place for date night, unwinding after work, socializing with friends, etc. I will continue to go back time and time again and recommend it to others. Excited to visit their Boston location when it opens!”

“This was my first time visiting and I was really impressed. My bowl was delicious. The employees were helpful in selecting the items for the bowl and answering any questions I had. They offer bowls, wraps, salads, and tacos. They also have samosas, chips with hummus, and a variety of gourmet drinks. There is some seating inside and 15 minute parking is offered.”

“My kid may have said it best after his first bite of his ice cream taco: “This is almost like Heaven.” For a small place, there is a great variety of flavors of ice cream sandwiches, tacos, drumsticks and more to suit almost every taste—from more typical chocolate-type offerings to matcha, ube, and more. The servings are huge, so bring your appetite or plan to split an order with a friend. Very pleasant service. There is room for about six people to sit inside, and there were picnic tables outside too. We will be back!”

This time I tried the Sambousek and the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and both were great. Pizza was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy bottom and crust. The owner is always friendly and the place looks new and fresh. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu.”
