Placed a mobile order, they claimed they never received it, I showed them my confirmation of the order and had proof my card got charged and the managers only solution was for me to call customer service to get a refund rather than just make the food. He definitely has zero experience with customer service and I'm quite honestly not sure how he's a manager. Will not be returning here in the future.
