Waited in the drive thru for a good 10 minutes before our order was even taken. Then we get to the window and are asked to pull up near door and wait for food. The issue was they never came out with food. After 10 minutes of waiting I went inside and asked and they were clueless. The manager who had taken my order and asked me to pull up had left to go back to her store and didn't remind anyone. So I got 2 cold sandwiches and 2 freshly made sandwiches. Um….. recently this location added a second drive through, didn’t help apparently, and if you hate your job, i get it but it’s not the fault of customer in the drive through . Just saying.

How is it that I go to the drive through at 4:30 pm with 4 cars ahead of me and I sit in line for 15 minutes 5 alone at the order screen and no one takes my order not to mention some of the employees can bearly speak this place has gone down hill over the years I won't be going
