I visited Charley's this evening for the Ultimate Fries. There was slight issue with the order; I received an extra topping that I did not ask for. The team acted quickly and willing offered me a replacement order, apologizing for the mistake. Calm, courteous and professional. Great Customer service! I loveee charleys.. I came today for the first time in years and they still don't disappoint me. I always get the chicken philly, my fav. The prices are reallll good too, esp for the food quality. Deffff stop in!

Just ok and the smallest $9 sandwich ever, even worse it was even skimpy on the steak, better off at the local pizza shop.Wheelchair accessibility: Only good I can say is, it was in the food court so plenty of wheelchair room.
