This place has amazing staff and service. I had a miscommunication on my app and they charged me 3 times to which I had no knowledge. The manager Rosi immediately noticed when I came in and offered to get the same thing 3 more times. At first I declined thinking that this small mistake would be easily rectified through the app/website. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Not usually a fan of D&D...as a matter of fact stopped going there years ago. Went there to get a gift card and saw a sign for their new Nutty Pumpkin coffee. I got ice with no additional sweetener AND IT WAS DELICIOUS!!

Since this location is right up the street from me, I tend to frequent it on the days where you can earn extra reward points. The staff are incredibly friendly and they even know who I am when I pull up to the drive thru speaker now. Not only that, but they treat my dog, Freya, with such kindness that she gets so excited to see them (and of course to score a munchkin lol). Highly recommended! ??
