I've been going to this Panera bread since my daughter was five years old and she is now 21. Never had a problem. We would go two or three times a week sometimes. The other day had a problem though. The girl took my order and she messed it up, she took my order and she made the wrong sandwich so I said well I can take it and she said no we have to throw it away I just want to take a bite to see how different that sandwich was and she said no less you want to pay for it so she...read full review

Usual spot. "Wanna go to Panera?" "Yes. The one on Bald Hill Road? Near Saladworks?" "Yes."A typical conversation when choosing a lunch spot. Love the ambiance and go out of our way to be at this specific location. Always get the Mac and cheese. Sometimes I splurge but i think why mess with perfection.
