I waited over 10 minutes. Then, upon checking my order, got a baby sized fry, when I ordered an almost 12 dollar meal. I went inside, and the lady was lovely, but this 6 foot guy argued that I didn't specify the size. He should mind his business. He was huge and intimidating. The lady was awesome and just giving me extra fries was the answerThis bully of a man was not!

This BK has undergone a transformation since the last time I've visited, roughly 3 years ago ? the dining room looks a lot fancier than I remember it to be, as does the entryway to the restrooms. There's now a neon sign saying 'have it your way' hanging on the wall. The soda dispenser is now the same technology ones I have seen in TN ? even the staff was much more pleasant to interact with than the ones I remember 3 years back ? I usually have a pretty good experience but I’m shocked at my experience at 6pm on august 28th. There’s a blonde manager I haven’t seen here before much and she is dreadful. From the way she talks down to employees AND customers to her outright attitude. If you’re having such a terrible day then I suggest limiting customer interaction but this is her everyday, I imagine employee turnover will be quite high.
