“My first time visiting today and I was very pleasantly surprised. Its was about 2pm on a Friday and they were packed. The arcade machines were a nice nostalgic touch. I placed my order to go and was immediately impressed with the polite and courteous service. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and it was only $10, a real gift in today's times of soaring costs. The burger was fresh, not frozen, and had a smokey flame broiled taste accompanied by all the nooks and crannies you'd expect from a proper back yard grill burger. The fries, a option nearly all restaurants fail at today, were on point. They were crispy with a bubbly texture that tasted like they were fried without the typical seed oil. I will most definitely return to try the wings“

“Besides the guy telling my husband that they only sell food when asked if they sold malts and preparing a chocolate malt instead of a vanilla malt (they gave the chocolate to and made a vanilla for my husband), it was good. Never had anything but great food and service before today though.“

“The food was exceptional, for the price. Although, we felt a bit rushed. Our waitress would ask us every three to five minutes if we were okay, if the food was okay, or do we want something else. She was sweet but I would rather eat and peace. I would recommend others to eat here. Especially if you've never tried their food. My husband really enjoyed the burger.“

Trina (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) was working the back cash and was so kind! She even asked me if I wanted a crown and, of course, I took it! She said “Here you go, Queen!” and sent me on my way to the next window, where Talisha (also, hope I’m spelling correctly!) was super friendly and asked me to pull around so she could bring my food out to me. There is a lot to be said for great employees; they are rare diamonds. These two flipped my day completely around, simply by being wonderful humans. “Went to Culver’s Anderson Saturday 3/23/24 around 2:00 in the afternoon. We were checked in by a nice young lady who knew what she was doing but it stopped there. We waited 45 mins.still no food which was 1 burger meal and 1 dessert can’t be too hard for a burger restaurant right. Everyone around us had waited a long time to but not 45 mins. We got a refund no one even tried to see if they could get our food. You need good managers a good business model like Chick-fil-A or your or your giving refunds. Don’t go at lunch time or on the weekends or take a snack with you. Other than that I like Culver’s and their food. Everybody has a bad day I guess.“
