I got the chicken bacon ranch and classic Italian and the food experience reminded me of everything I have been craving!! “First, it's Jimmy John's so it's a great fast sandwich.I walked into this location 8 minutes before close on a Sunday, I know makes me a jerk. They weren't delivering today when I tried to order so I waiting for my coworker I am traveling with to be ready to leave so we could run up here. I walked in, I apologized profusely, they didn't complain at all even though they already started cleaning up for the night. Great customer service!“

I was simply picking up some food and I usually never expect much when going through fast food chains but the people working there made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond for everyone in their especially with how polite they were. “I frequent this location weekly. Chelle, Ki, and Lexis always have a smile for me and other patrons. They also know my order/orders, which makes my life easier! These ladies keep things running smoothly and efficiently, even when they run out of critical ingredients. So, when one of the managers has to leave the location during a busy service time (lunchtime) to purchase things such as lettuce and spinach, they always make sure the patrons are satisfied. I have witnessed this on MULTIPLE occasions and hope that the problem is rectified to make these excellent customer service representatives’/sandwich artists’ job a little easier. The staff is the main reason I frequent this location. I hope positive reviews reach the staff, because I have worked in an industry where my team members and I were only notified of negative reviews and complaints, which was not great for team building or morale! “Atmosphere is relative because, well, it’s Alvin Ord’s. You stand in line to order and there probably isn’t seating for more than a dozen inside and out. Part of the charm. Damn fine sandwiches. Unlike anywhere else. Order a salvation if it’s your first time.“
“I give a 5 star for this location. Lindsay did an EXCELLENT job with understanding what I wanted and HOW I wanted it. She took her TIME with me and got personal, WHICH I LIKE. She also has humor! I always love someone who makes me laugh or makes jokes. I feel that is GOOD customer service. The store was clean. And Lindsay made my sub sandwich PERFECT. I ended up buying a foot long for my husband and I to share (Italian bread, rotisserie chicken heated up in the microwave, provolone cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and mayo.) Our food was fresh. Especially the cookies. Thank you, Lindsay!! You were amazing and made me feel so good! I would recommend coming here, if you haven't yet!! AND ASK FOR LINDSAY!! You won't be disappointed with her!! “This was my first time ordering online. I had a code for a free Hook and Ladder with any purchase. The options to "customize" were super basic online. They give you 3 options for amounts yet they have so many other subs to choose from but they won't let you swap out the cheese or sauce or veggies. It's that or nothing. Weird!! Anyways.. when i placed the order it was scheduled for a certain timeframe. I go to the restaurant to get it and they are so understaffed the lady behind the counter is rushing trying to fill as many online orders as fast as she can. I can tell she is very tense and very focused. I am able to ask her if she has filled my order, she snips at me a bit, but i tell her no i am not trying to rush you i just wanted to know if you had another sauce instead of the one I ordered. Once she realizes that she can slow down a bit you can immediately see the tension let off her shoulders. She made one heck of a great sandwich!!!“
