“First review I've ever left ? I just wanted to say this mcdonalds has IMPROVED since last yr, we started avoiding this mcdonalds at all costs, my children would even ask me to go out the way to go to a different one because they were always rude and got the order wrong EVERY TIME. Today, the lady over the intercom was very nice, she asked me to give her a minute instead of just keeping me waiting and wondering what's going on, didn't keep cutting me off to tell me the total before I was finished ? but instead, actually asked if I wanted to add anything else. ? then when they told me to pull into the 1 spot and they would bring the food out, she got to the car and realized I had 2 girls and said she was going to go exchange their toys because she thought it was boys, although I told her that wasn't necessary because they are happy with either ? but most people wouldn't have cared to correct it, I wish I would have caught her name, she was very sweet .. &&& our fries were hot and fresh and the whole order was right ? myself && the kiddos were shocked ? if I see her again, I might have to tip because good workers are hard to find and if my children are happy, I'm happy ???“
“Compared to the KFC on Walton Way I can't give enough stars. I was there around 5:40pm today and I must say I was scared at first because what happen a couple weeks ago at Walton way. But to my surprise the young man taking the order was nice. Our chicken was correct and fresh, biscuits was so fresh and soft. Keep in mind i didnt have to wait long. Shout out to the manager and her crew.“

“I had the best customer service at this Jersey Mike's. The customer service was unlike other places I've been, they showed that they truly cared about the customer. The store was clean the food was delicious. If I could I'd give 10 stars for customer service I would! 10 out of 10 experience for me!! I'm definitely gonna make this my go to Jersey Mike's!!“

“Steamed subs with generous portions of deli meat. One of my favorite chains. Since Covid, they removed the wide array of hot sauces. You have to ask and their selection is very limited. It did detract from my expectations, but I think that is probably restaurant policy now. I've encountered this at several locations. Maybe next time I'll bring my own.“

“Whenever I swing by for lunch, I’m never disappointed. Did a mobile order and had to wait about 5 mins (I wasn’t in a rush) and the manager was very apologetic and gave me free cookies. Today, I went in for a sub and was greeted right when I came in. The people who made my sub were super friendly and made conversation with me. I understand that most places are short staffed nowadays and there are supply chain issues, but it didn’t feel that way here. Sandwich station was clean and fully stocked. Definitely the best subway I’ve ever been to!“

“A family friend ordered pizza for my family & sent it to the hospital (my great aunt is very sick & we are told doesn’t have much more time).. Pizza Hut sent their driver Quinntez to deliver the pizza and not only was he EXTREMELY nice and comforting with his words.. they wrote a nice note on top of one of the pizza boxes and threw it things for free. Quinntez hugged our family as he was leaving and told us we were in his prayers. In a time so hard people like Quinntez are a blessing. “Boycotted subway for years because of someone's attitude at this location. NBD. Went back in to try the "new menu" and all this snazzy jazz and literally can't tell a difference. Subway is still making trash a$$ subs that look like a grody girl when the night club lights come on. All talk and no ingredients. You gotta buss that bread open just to take a peak at the meats. Usually I appreciate a tucked in appearance, but not with my subs. I wanna see them meat thangs hangin'. I could easily take this sub outta the wrapper, hold it bare handed while driving through New York rush hour traffic and not drop one ingredient on me. The food just isn't there. The employees will look you straight in the eye and make your sub that looks nothing like the picture on the wall behind them.Staff was nice this time and I really appreciated that.Boycott back in effect.“

“Great place to get breakfast at 5 am on the way to work.Edit: the morning really depends on who you get in the morning. If you get the older lady with short hair taking your order, expect a lot of eye rolls and sighs if you order more than 3 items. Then she blames you for entering the number of items wrong even though you repeated 3 times what you wanted because she seemed to be talking to someone else while entering your order.“

“Only got half my order.I had to wait over 15 minutes for my food ..the crew person even said repeatedly that he was sorry for my wait (I was the only customer in drive thru and no customers inside either.) He also stated he gave me a fry and pie for my wait.(I had ordered a fry and a halves so that was no gift.) I'd still would have loved my burgers as well but got 1 small fry & the chicken sandwich nothing else.) A total waste of time plus, I paid yet nothing but 1 sandwich & fry O.o) money refunded & never again!All that's great, except, I only got half my order I even asked if it was all in that one small bag. He was quick to say yes ma'am etc, but it wasn't. It was 30 min before closing as well still waited over 15 min for this.. Lord help that location otherwise down the damn toilet. Beware!
