We went to the drive thru for the first time (didn't know that it existed) for a few things because I just came out of surgery and didn't want to worry about food. They were so helpful and knew what I was talking about when I was describing the food items! ?‍♀️? Nothing like biting down into some lukewarm macaroni and cheese and to have a sandwich missing 1/7 of its ingredients. Pay good money you should expect good food. Panera, what happened? Service was ok and quick but why do I keep coming back just to be disappointed time and time again... nostalgia I guess? Or maybe just remembering how good it can be if done right.

I want to give my grateful thanks to Panera employees that help me today. I had ordered on line for Delivery service and the driver left it in another store. I got to go to that store and the employees there were eating it. I called Panera and told them what happened and they fixed another for me without cost. THANK YOU PANERA AND THERE EMPLOYEES FOR THE GREAT SERVICE
