“After a long day heading back from MUSC in Charleston my wife and I were craving some steakhouse food. Living on Hilton Head there are not many options.Longhorn Bluffton never disappoints. My wife said her ribeye was one of the best she's had in years and it was cooked PERFECTLY. I always get the chop steak and it was soo-soo good! The salads they give are so big, fresh and delicious!I'm a detail guy and I notice the little things. I was watching an owner running food and asking patrons how everything was.I NEVER see that anymore. Nuff said.“
“Charlie was excellent and we appreciated his kindness We were questioned not once but TWICE on arrival as to why we parked in a handicap spot - despite the fact that we had his handicap placard displayed - my 55 yr old husband recently endured a heart transplant - AND WAS ACTIVELY recovering - it made for an awkward scene in the presence of his three grown sons - for a proud man - I recommend some kind of hospitality training for your staff - why make your guests go through this embarrassing situation - we plan on making the ADA aware. Disgraceful.“
“Stopped in just for cocktails and stayed for dinner. Eric at the bar was amazing- super welcoming, down to earth and makes incredible cocktails! He recommended the crab cake- we try a Crab cake every where we go that has them. Out of all the states and restaurants we've been to, this one by far was the best. It was a wonderful experience and will definitely go back“
“A regular location for us. Sydney was knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing. Also met Colin. Cared about our experience and we enjoyed meeting him. As always, food was excellent. We thought the salmon could have used a little bit of garnishing to improve the presentation. The potato leek soup was a nice starter. The bourbon bread pudding was outstanding.“

“Our waitress, Q, was the best... friendly, funny, smiling and attentive; all other staff were nice as well. Food was on par for a Brazilian steakhouse; however the "gauchos" should dress the part to fit the setting. Also, on a weekend, they should have more than 1 bartender; waiting over 25 mins for 1 drink is a bit much.“
“Erin provided excellent service, definitely 5 stars for that! She was quick and very responsive. The atmosphere is 4 stars and food only 3 out of 5. For dinner I had the shrimp & chicken pasta, which was a-ok. Hubs had the steak & lobster. His steak was cooked just right but the lobster tail was undercooked. They brought another one out for him but he said it wasn't quite right either. But he was happy with his salad, steak and baked potato. For a chain restaurant, I think overall they are a little better than their competitors.Parking: Plenty of parking out back.“
