Where else can you get a bacon cheeseburger salad and dominate trivia 2 weeks straight? Great time. See you next year.
We bad a huge birthday celebration for my father in law and they set us up outside under cover. There was a pretty gnarly storm on top of us, but they accommodated the tables around us to prevent them from getting wet. The outdoor space is perfect for an event and even okay with small children. They were able to run amok in the yard and play corn hole once the storm stopped. The servers were incredibly patient and kind. The food was delicious. My husband and and I each ordered the fish and chips after seeing another table order it and it did not disappoint! The kids food was delicious and a really good serving size as well! Would definitely recommend and plan to come back again!
The food was delicious, but we didn't enjoy our meal because we couldn't hear each other talk over the loud music. We asked for another table after we requested the music to be turned down twice. It was still loud to the tune of 85 db. We have enjoyed our meal at the exact same table on Sunday night with no issues. After we moved tables our service level dropped to a nonexistent service. Such a letdown from the great service and food we have had before.
This restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable staff, delicious dishes, and great cocktails. I recommend to everyone!
Food was really good. Ambiance a little on the lame side. Sweet potato fries were delicious.
We liked this place so much we came back the next night! Finding a restaurant that meets all our needs is tough! Kids menus, vegan options, good beer, dog friendly, outdoors, and covered from the rain! This place checked all the boxes and more. Great back patio, great food, great service, live music! Only great things to say!
Loved this place!!! The wait was long.. but the burgers were 10/10!! SO SO GOOD! We'll visit again before we head back home!
My friend and I came here last minute after a long day at the beach. We stopped here because I had my dog with me and I remembered that dogs were welcomed. I'm not sure if you're required to sit outside if you have a pet with you, but my dog is a pretty big fella so we asked for an outside table when we arrived. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the outdoor dining area was covered and there were multiple fans blowing. Our server was even kind enough to bring my dog some water when she brought our drinks. Although the fans were on and the patio was pretty clean, the flies were absolutely annoying! Now I know that this is completely out of the establishment's control, but it's definitely something to keep in mind should you chose to dine outside. For starters I ordered the Boom Boom shrimp and my friend ordered some wings. The flavors he picked were ranch (it was a dry rub) and mild. Now let's get to the reason why I HAD to write this review... First, let me say that I DO NOT eat fish. I'm not allergic or anything, I just have never cared for it. For my entree I ordered the Fried Seafood Platter which comes with a fried wild caught flounder, Atlantic wild caught shrimp, and a crab cake that is served with fries and tarter sauce. I figured I would just give my friend the fish and I'd eat everything else. But OMG... when my food came out everything looked so good that out of curiosity I tried the flounder and I LOVED it! The fish was fried to perfection and it was truly fresh! And the tarter sauce (which I believe is made in house) is the best tarter sauce I have ever had! This is a big deal for me because as I said before, I am not a fish person. Of course everything else on the plate was amazing and cooked perfectly. My friend ordered a salad (not sure which one) with a side order of Boom Boom shrimp to go with it. He loved the salad and how fresh the greens were. Overall this place is nothing short of amazing and I wish we had one here in the Summerville area. As always, it's been a Privilege to share with you my thoughts, experience and journey. Until next time... -L
There's a big parking lot with lots of parking. This is such a great thing since many restaurants in this area have very small parking lots or you have to pray you find somewhere on the street. I had gotten the strawberry froze which was amazing. My boyfriend had gotten the Pineapple Express which was also great! The service was unbelievably fast. We had started off with the giant pretzel which was lightly salted. We both had gotten the bacon cheeseburger which were both great! The atmosphere of this place is great. It's great for a date night or a get together with friends!
We visited last evening and had a great dinner. Outside patio was great! Although we just missed it, they had Live music for guests. We had the Mac n cheese bites appetizer-- which was great! It was perfectly cooked. The mac n cheese was still creamy and noodles were not tough, rubbery, or too soft as you find in some other fried mac n cheese. Truffle burger with sweet potato fries was amazing. I added bacon jam to it for a home run of a burger Excellent job guys!
The first thing i noticed walking in to this restaurant is the rainbow safe place sticker on the door. They also have three unisex bathrooms, single toilet of course. The food is absolutely delicious!!!! Our waitress was awesome and answered all of our questions and seemed genuinely excited to be at work. We will definitely be visiting this location again when we come back to Folly.
I used to love this place. Seems like it's lost it's way a little bit. Got the breakfast burger and it had some kind of onions in it. Not good. The fries used to be one of my favorite parts but they changed it to some generic fries now that aren't special. The Mac and cheese bites are still great though.
I haven't eaten here yet but stopped by because they had River Rat Cinnamon Toast Crunch on tap. Bartender and staff were awesome and the food I saw others ordering looked great!
Walked in around 5pm on a Monday for a beer and burger. Ordered a simple cheeseburger MR. Got one MW, so the bartender ordered me a new one. While this one was not MW again, half the burger was M and the other half was seriously one step over raw (this is why I do not like sending back food. Do not piss off the person making the food you are putting in your body!!) Ate the half that was edible. Pulled off the side of the road on my 10 minute ride home to throw up. Go somewhere else for a burger that stays down. Seriously....
Love this place! But oddly enough the waitress wouldn't allow us to order a hamburger without cheese or bacon! She said they only have the burgers listed on the menu during brunch
