Callie's Hot Little Biscuit was a must stop due to my wife's excitement of finding her name spelled the same somewhere else in this world! And also because these little biscuits are too hot to pass up.We were able to try a sampler of different biscuits and thank you for that option. They’d made a mistake on our order and quickly corrected with no fuss and a sincere apology, very nice. Biscuits were as good as can be, and offered a nice pick up for us in the middle of the morning. It’s a much better choice than some of the other vendors’ offerings I’d seen in this market.

Had Callie's for breakfast at the Charleston market. Food was awesome. Had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and lemonade. Biscuit was moist and soft with a crispy exterior. Delicious.
