We were given a tip on this restaurant. While tough to get a table it was quickly obvious why. We had the rabbit roulade and the steak w wild mushrooms, but just as good as the main courses were the lamb dumpling appetizers. It was also a beautiful, refined atmosphere with top notice service.

Husk is a difficult place to get a reservation, but next door is a charming old Husk bar that will provide a limited menu. Walking in is like stepping back in time as the buildings character is so early 1800's. The bar is not large, but there are tables upstairs for larger groups. All that is imssing is a fireplace. This is an adorable spot in downtown Charleston. We felt welcome and our server was very kind. They take great care in using local food. My partner had a pork pastrami sandwich. I had a type of duck hash (can't remember the name). We shared apple beignets. My partner also had a tasty mimosa.
