We did the cooking demonstration at Zero George and had a wonderful experience. Chef Vinson Petrillo is clearly passionate about food and creating an experience for guests. We really enjoyed watching his craft and most importantly the food was delicious. My only critique is that the portions were small and there were not 'wine pairings' you were just handed a bottle of wine. Definitely five star restaurant. Food is so good and service so attentive. It was rainy night, we had great time. Fixed menu, $145 each person, my ten year old daughter enjoyed it. She ordered herself caviar, it was good.
