“My wife and I couldn’t figure out where to eat. Haven’t been to Hardee’s in years so we rolled the dice. Ended up being the best fast food we’ve had in this whole area. The food was very presentable meaning not falling apart like McDonalds and it was really really good. Maybe we caught the best cook on his shift, we wouldn’t know since it was our first time here. “What a DELIGHTFUL surprise to find this hidden gem in a Walmart strip mall! The hotel we were staying at recommended it to us and we were blown away from the moment we walked through the door. The live pianist was skillful and talented. The wait staff were efficient, unobtrusive, but attentive at all the right moments. Alicia, our server was great helping us choose our drinks and dinner. And the FOOD! It rivals what you’d find on King Street in Charleston! Perfectly cooked shrimp cocktail - shrimp as big as my palm. Crab cakes the size of a dessert plate. Bread pudding that must have been made by angels from heaven. We WILL be back - even though we live two hours away!”

“Located near the heart of downtown Augusta, Humanitree House serves as both a venue for art as well as a place to eat and socialize. The menu specializes in vegan dishes, with vegan takes on familiar fares such as cheeseburgers, as well as unique dishes and their own beverages and smoothies. The ingredients they use are fresh and the service was fast and friendly. The vibes of the restaurant are unique and reflect the heart of downtown Augusta; creative, bold, and expressive. As for the menu, I tried the vegan bacon cheeseburger, the lentil and kale soup, as well as a lemonade with ginger and cayenne. The vegan burger was good, made fresh and in comparison to a regular cheese burger, you feel guilt free and not as bloated after consumption. Only gripe for the burger was the firmness of the vegan patty itself. The patty was very mushy and fell apart almost immediately, definitely needed a longer time to be cooked and seared on the outside. Not sure whether this was the norm or a one time occurrence, but it did affect the overall taste of the burger. The lentil and kale soup was very good. The broth was rich in flavor and not one ingredient was overbearing. The lemonade was alright, definitely a unique drink and the cayenne added an unexpected offset to the flavor, would not recommend to those sensitive to heat. “This was our 1st visit to Ubora. Garrett welcomed us very warmly and greeted us with a smile. He answered our questions patiently and had knowledge about the coffees there. The ambience is very nice. It's a big place. The restrooms are very neat and kid friendly. Parking is on a gravel area opposite the store, very convenient. We really enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee. The experience was excellent and we will definitely be back for more”

Huge burgers, different kinds of fries, Club Sandwiches, Corn Dog & Corn Dog nuggets, Ft long Hot dogs or regular with chili or slaw if you like.FULL size chicken wings hot or plain. Fried Okra, Onion Rings all kinds of other sandwiches, Chef Salads & other salads+ Sweet locally baked Cakes and Ice Cream. You will definitely find something to please you.”
