We had Palmetto's Smokehouse cater our Clemson Tailgate last weekend. The food and service was absolutely amazing. Irv and Jim were very responsive and helped our group of 15 from NY make everything go smooth! The food was absolutely delicious. Southern BBQ as you would picture it. We enjoyed the pulled pork and brisket, along with some mac and cheese and chicken wings. The highlight of the meal may have been the cajun brochettes. My only regret was not ordering more of those!
Wow, what a surprise this place was. We flew in for my son's graduation. I found this place online next to the university. I ordered the oyster po boy and my son had the pull pork sandwich. They were great! He even got one to go!! Staff was so friendly!!! Give them a try!!!

If you are in need of catering - this is the place! Teri is/was awesome. She catered our company Christmas party and could not have done anything better than it already was. We had the chicken bog (I've had it before and knew I wanted it on our menu), brisket, and bbq. The sides and the desserts were just as good as the entrees.
