Visiting in Columbia. Vote was for Chick-fil-a takeout. Cashier Abigail was great. Outside area was clean. The smallest bun I have seen yet on a sandwich. And the medium fries definitely fall into the category "Small."
Chris Eckert is the store manager. He was so patient and provided excellent customer service which is not seen so much in today's society. I was at the register, ordered, and embarrassed because I left my debit card at work, I asked if I can use my points to purchase my food but I didn't know exactly how to do that along with a line of people behind me. Chris came over and took me to another register and went through the app to allow to me get all my food by using my rewards points....read full review

Will oiled machine. The whole restaurant was moving with chaotic costumes, but the staff handled the chaos wonderfully. They didn’t miss a beat. Great job. Plus areas were clean. Kids play area seemed clean as well.
