“This particular Wendy's is one of my favorite locations. They're always friendly and it seems like the foods are always freshly cooked whenever we order them, no matter what time of day or night that we visit. I especially love the free Frosty keychain that we bought last year and the kids enjoy getting a snack whenever we visit the Aldi's nearby to do our grocery shopping. I've never had a problem with their drive-thru or in restaurant service or ambiance. They do Wendy's proud!Kid-friendliness: They are especially nice to my six and seven year old and make them feel important.“
“We went through the drive through on11/13/2023 around 1:30 and had the best service and fresh food ! I had almost wrote Wendy’s off but this location has an outstanding crew there now! I hope it continues to stay the same the guy and girl we’re getting the job done ! Way to go !!“
“I am all about bargains, so when I wanted to try Wendy's Crispy Chicken with an order of Natural Cut Fries, I was amazed. The service was fast and prompt. The staff was very polite. They placed just enough mayo on a toasted bun just how I like it. Yummy!“
“So very little French fries. I didn't open the bag until I got home. It looked as though someone was munching on my fries, because there were very little fries. My other combo bag did have the right amount of fries. No one else was in my vehicle, and I didn't touch the food on my way home.“

“I had the privilege of attending the store to get dinner for my family and I will service by Morgan who was the cashier in the front line and she had the best customer service made me laugh just made the experience with everything that was going on in the store so worthwhile I will come back regardless of testing of the alarm great experience. “Put in a mobile app order, went through the drive-thru line to the window after giving my name, was asked to pull forward & it would be out. 3 people behind me received their orders before me. It took 3 employees to walk out to my car asking what I was waiting on, an extra 25 minutes, & a 4th walk out to my car before I received my order. And then had to ask for straws as my order came with 2 beverages, but was given no straws.I've most definitely had a lot better service at any other Wendy's location I've visited ANYWHERE in the U.S. They weren't busy, they weren't short-staffed, and the employees were gossiping & goofing off on their headsets & in the store.“
“Usually this Wendy’s is absolutely terrible, but this last time I went on (3/12/24) at around 12:30, I had THE BEST service. Not sure if there’s a new manager or if they were just on their A-game this time. I ordered my meal, it came out exactly how I ordered and hot. I was asked to pull up for only a couple of minutes (seriously, it was like 3 minutes) and the manager comped me with free fries for the wait. Great job to the staff!“

The District Manager Robert from that location handle the complaint so professionally after being contacted by customer. He apologized and assured me that he would make my next visit is a great experience.I returned back to that location, Robert waited until I arrived to meet with me. His apology was genuine. His team was the best! Robert and his team worked together to give me the best service with a freshly made order.Robert is the epitome of what customer & management is all about. “I never review fast food and over the past few years have very low expectations if I grab fast food that isn’t Chick-fil-A.Let me tell you this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had ordering fast food. They were fast, kind, my order was correct and I thought to myself if this food tastes good too it will just be the cherry on top but the food was amazing and fresh too!
