This location is so hit or miss. I know not a lot can be expected of a fast food restaurant and I manage my expectations accordingly. I come here at least once a week and order on the app then proceed to go through the Chipotlane. 8 times out of 10 there is something missing from my order (I guess because they ran out) which is fine and I understand that happens. Went to pick up supper tonight at the Easley location and was met with a sign on the door that read "lobby closed due to staff shortage" but there were people sitting in there eating. What's up with that?

I ordered a steak bowl and it tasted meh. I’ve had it before but this is my first time trying it at this location. Also, they scrapped the pan for sour cream and guac and I was like yikes! But maybe it was a limited crew not sure. But the food tasted ok but the texture of the steak was I can’t describe it but unappetizing. I don’t think I will order from here again I can’t do it
