I love the name. Makes me want to write a Manga about Hibachi Boy and his omega-cooking prowess in little big town Easley. He can battle against the Southern mascots and their unique Southern hibachi cooking skills. The cooking style will be Soubachi, a mixture of soul food and different Asian cuisine, I mean they both cook in layers and fry everything. Lots of msg and pork fat. I decided to try this place and was not disappointed! I ordered several of the sushi rolls. The rolls take a while to prepare and there were several orders ahead of me. The kitchen was efficient and got the food out quickly. The rolls were tasty and held together as they should. The one negative thing of the entire experiencewas the soy sauce. It was salt and tasteless. Soy sauce for Sushi is supposed to be sweeter and less salty.
