If I could rate with no stars I would. Went with Hubs for lunch today; everything looked really yummy. Until. We sat down to eat.Ordered 2 steak bowls. Ugh! Most of the meat was gristly and fatty. Gross! The black beans were crunchy and under-cooked. The bag of chips was stale, greasy and left a bad taste. Spoke to the manager telling her the problems. I don’t often give a single star review but this was based on an accurate portrayal of a truly terrible experience.First of all, when we walked in we noticed that the place was not clean - not even close. Every table had something on it and the floor had all kinds of junk on it. I went to this location on 1/15/2024 and I arrived at 9:15pm. I know they close at 11pm so I figured coming around 9pm would still be reasonable. This was my first time ever trying a bowl I usually only get the steak burrito. As I got down the line I was told a list of things they didn’t have despite it ONLY BEING 9:15pm.
