There was one lady at the front counter who was also filling the mobile orders and preparing the drinks. There were several mobile orders she was working on so we had to stand in line about 15 minutes to order. Then it took another 20 minutes to get our food. A man behind me ordered the same item I did. But he got his before I did. They need to do something differently to assure the front runs smoother.
The food was great a lot better than McDonald's that I have been to. This particular one in Florence was clean and tidy there was not a hugh wait for our order and the most IMPORTANT thing was the fact that it was right. We did not have to go back to fix anything.
