The cashier was great. Now,, the manager that waited on me needed more training in customer care skills. It was as if she didn't care or wanted to take my order. I made my order and informed her that I had a coupon. She rung up my order before I could give it to her. Then she told me that she couldn't take the coupon because she already rung it up and couldn't take the money off. She didnt have a hair net on and she kept putting her hand in her hair while preparing the fries.
They need to teach their managers good customer service ethics. The cashier was great with the customers. I ended up with the manager taking my order. She was so nonchalant . Her initial greeting was terrible she should have just said what you want hurry up, is that it and ok now pay me. I told her I had a coupon. She rush my order, rung it up and when I told her she didn't use the coupon discount. She said it was to late it was already done and she couldn't fix it as if she didn't...read full review
