Normally this is the best McDonalds that we visit but unfortunately it was Christmas Eve and they were staffed with only 3 people. Drive through was wrapped around the building I went inside to order and waited 45 minutes just to place my order and there was only one person ahead of me. The management should have seen that they were adequately staffed.
I did not have a very good experience at either one of the McDonald's in Florence. One of them we went through the drive thru and no one would respond to us or say anything so we walked inside and we had the same issue again. No one was working the front and none of the kiosks worked.
