I stayed here for a 4 days when the place I usually stay when in Florence was booked up. The hot water did not work or was at best Luke warm. The first day when I let them know they said they would get someone to check. So when I got back from work, there was a note from a maintenance person saying to use the knob on the right for hot water. Kind of disappointed that they did away with the $5 footlong I love the black forest ham with the Chipotle Southwest sauce loaded up but the $5 footlong was a perfect deal for me now I can't really eat it The bread is too sweet the sandwiches aren't big enough and the new menu I'm not digging at all I know they got the build your own venue but I'm really not into the new stuff. First time visiting this sandwich shop, which is right by the I95 exits. The subway is inside a convenient store known as The Pilot. Ordered a #10 as I'd on artisan italian. The sandwich was okay. Once they warm up the sandwich, and you do not eat it right away then the bread is a bit chewy. This location is a good because they have the option to get gas, taco bell, Cinnabon as well as store options. I would recommend.
