I'm a worker at the waffle House and the service is ok but it could be better, the cooks aren't as friendly as they should be to the customers. They use foul language in front of the customers, they smoke marijuana in the back of the building then bring the smell back inside around the customers, the cook will throw food on the floor without cleaning it up. I want to recognize Felix! When we walked in last night and saw only one person working, I’ll admit we were hesitant to stay and order. My fiancé and o brought my two daughters. I told him they would split an All Star plate, then we ordered our food. He immediately started cooking and came back maybe ten minutes with their food. By far the best Waffle House in Florence.Although they are busier, the food quality and the amount of time from placing an order to walking out the door (I get take out) is average. The staff is nice enough.
