The dining area tables and chairs were not cleaned. The bathroom needed maintenance, and the bathroom door didn't seem to lock. It did not have paper towels. There was a huge dead moth on the floor and urine in the toilet. The sugar cookies were hard. We had 2 out of the 3 that were on display. The fries were good and fresh. The chocolate chip cookie was nice and soft.
Thia place has gone down hill. I used to come all the time years ago when I lived in Florence. Used the drive thru and it took a very long time to get food. The smell around the drive thru area was very bad. I can't believe how much the food costs now and the quality was so so.

went inside to make a order waited almost 5 or more minutes. the manager or whom I’m guessing was the manager had his hair swinging all around with no hair net on or even put up in a ponytail!!!! he has poor customer service ??????
