Just went through the drive thru at 8:45am and despite the sign saying it should be open from 6:30am I was told they were closed. Hard to order when their hours don't line up with what is stated.
Slow! Bad communication at drive up. Did not read back order for accuracy. Order was correct on receipt, but wrong in the bag. Who eats a marinade with chicken sandwich. Isn’t it supposed to be chicken with mayo?

Ordered online. Waited about 10-15 minutes at the window only to be told that all they had was nuggets and fries. The workers need to be able to update the app with what's in stock like Starbucks does. Also, the worker should've told me as soon as I pulled up so I didn't have to waste my time.
