What a stellar experience! When I pulled through the drive through I was greeted promptly by a very respectful and delightful young lady. She upsold me on the pies that at the time I'm writing this turned out to be amazing BTW, but this lady turned out to be the general manager and she was an Angel. Upon arriving after a long drive, I stopped at Hardee’s in Fort Mill on Gold Hill Rd. I was greeted by the employees. Very polite and great customer service. As I placed my order, I was greeted by a young lady who happens to be the general manager. She was patience and very kind as my senior citizen father took his time placing his order. Updated review. I visit this location often and I don't know if they're short staffed... but they always seem to be behind on orders. I use the mobile order feature a lot and on one occasion, I used the inside pickup to save time... only to find that the doors were locked. The point of inside pickup was to save time. I hope they get it together soon as there aren't many locations left in the area.
