This was probably one of the WORST experiences I've had in food service, ever. I ordered the food by email, and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I got there 35 minutes later exactly. I went inside and their board said my order was ready. But they couldn't find the food. Three different employees looked and couldn't find it, each one asking me what my name was, or the name on the order. They never have enough help. Often one person doing everything. And they say you can have stuff brought to your car but there's never anybody to do it. I had covid today I really did not want to go inside but that's what you got to do if you want your pizza. You see the quality is

ordered online delivery and didn't receive my drink after waiting for a hour and when i attempted to call the restaurant multiple times they decided not to pick up the phone as if they were avoiding business when they are not supposed to close for another 30-45 minutes i work multiple jobs and i am the top of management at one and never would i let any of my customers continue to be unhappy and i definitely wouldn't let multiple calls go unanswered due to laziness of employees.
